Smiling is one of the most basic, biologically uniform expressions of all humans. Smiling itself makes us feel better, rather than smiling being merely a result of feeling good.

I have come to realize my attitude, and my belief towards life circumstances has more of an impact than I could have ever imagined. By smiling our drive towards success increases our metabolism creating a relentless unique form of creativity.

Why? — Endorphins! — the “WOW, I feel GOOOOD hormones.”

Our own personal drug, and you are in control! You and I have the power within us to alter our brain’s emotional processing pathways to feel happier with a simple smile — isn't that something?

The more positive you are, the more of a positive influence you have on others and yourself.

Smiling creates something called the ripple effect, creating a source of energy that reacts by influencing everyone around us. Whether we know the person or not. Everyone is connected in some way. Our thoughts, beliefs, and our actions all affect other people. The more positive you are, the more of a positive influence you have on others and yourself.

So, smile often because YOU are in charge and your smile is the source for impact and change.

If you read all of this, smile right now, did you smile? Yes? I bet that endorphin rush felt good.
