After a lifetime of judgment and blame, many adults with ADHD are understandably sensitive to criticism….

Well tough…

Yes, I am extremely sensitive. But, this doesn’t mean, you or anyone else, should have to worry about what they’re going to say.

Eventually, I’ve learned to love criticism.

Why I love Criticism:

I have learned to love criticism, by being so fed up with people being so gawd darn mean! However, thats not it what initiated my pro-criticistic abilities -Morgan inspired word of the day-

It was the repetition and the same mantras.

I talk too fast
I interrupt
I do not listen to every word
I walk away when I am talking

I got the hint.

There are only so many times someone can tell someone else that they stink, until they FINALLY shower! (phew…) I shower dont worry. Well, even if I didnt shower, at least you’re a reader and you don’t have to actually be near me. (Joke)

THIS IS A POST ON RELATIONSHIPS: ADHD and criticism.

I recently met someone who is (well) brutally H O N E S T; and, I FREAKING LOVE IT!
