Before you have said anything, and before you have even opened your mouth.
- I have already heard what you said
- Answered you
- Yelled at you (maybe)
- Finished the conversation.
- Sometimes I even walk away before the conversations ends

When I was a kid — these moments gave me an upper-hand… So, I thought.
I would know exactly what my parents were going to tell me, before they even said it.
So, I answered her without actually listening (Horrible I know, but I couldnt help it.)
moms are smart, she learned quickly that I wasnt actually listening unless everything was shut off and she had my undivided attention. She made sure everything was off before talking to me… even occasionally, unplugging my game when I WAS SO CLOSE TO …. zip GAMEOVER. IHUGKFGLIHAOIHFGAILUHOAS. But, in real life situations, its best to expect the unexpected.
